CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

MCM was founded in 1988 to represent Owners throughout the design and construction process of their yachts.

The MCM team has extensive backgrounds in yachting, including construction, inshore and offshore racing, blue water cruising and high latitude expeditions. This experience has laid the foundation for MCM’s impeccable track record and reputation.

MCM have been selected as Owner’s representatives for a broad array of projects – ranging from steel and aluminum motor yachts to carbon fiber hi-tech racing yacht – and everything in between.

YACHT MANAGEMENT

MCM offers Yacht Management services to support the operational aspects of running the yacht.

Our Yacht Management division ensure consistency and continuity in providing an Owner and Captain with the highest level of personal service available in our industry.
